心电远程监护系统的研制

摘　　要：本系统采用由患者佩带的袖珍式心电监护盒,对其心电进行监护和初步分析,记录和存储异常心电并报警,在需要时将已存储的或实时的心电信号通过公用电话网以数字化方式传送至医院监护中心,供回放和分析处理,使医生能及时地诊断和提供救治指导,并可对所有信息建档和打印.The monitoring system presented in this paper adopts an ECG monitoring box carried by patient to monitor and analyze the ECG of the patient. The box can record ECG continuously and store the anomaly ECG. According to the requirements of patient or doctor, the ECG stored in the box and the real -time ECG of the patient can be digitized and transfered to monitoring center of the hospital through public telephone network to be reviewed and analyzed by doctor. Then the doctor can give some instructions or advises to the patient according to the analyzed results of the ECG. The ECG information transfered to hospital can also be printed out or build case documents in the computer.
