用液相催化加氢法制取邻氨基对甲酚的新工艺研究

摘　　要：本本探索了以乙醇作溶剂,以pd-C作催化剂,用液相催化加氢方法由邻硝基对甲酚制取邻氨基对甲酚的新工艺.并用正交设计与方差分析确定反应压力、温度和反应时间的优化工艺条件.研究表明,此新工艺与硫化钠还原法旧工艺相比较,具有工艺流程简单、产品收率高且质量稳定等优点.In this p4per a uew technology of catalytic hydrogenation in liquid phase using pd-c as catalyt and ethanol as solvent to prepare 2-Amino-4-Methylphenol from 2-Netro-4-Methylphenal is explored. By means of the orthogonal test and analysis of variance, the optimal condition such as pressure、 temperature and reaction time is defined. compar with the old technology, in which Na2S is used as a reducing agent, the new one possesses simpler procedure, higher transfer efficieney and stable quality.
