摘  要:采用家兔慢性埋蒇额皮层电极,用积分仪将脑电波转换为数字进行定量比较。结果表明:在动物清醒情况下,1.东莨菪碱(Soop)20μg/kg静注,自发脑电积分值((?)vs)显著增高,动物均安静;2.6β-乙酰氧基去甲莨菪烷(6β-AN)2μg/kh静注,与毒扁豆碱0.2mg/kg静注作用相似,Ivs显著下降。但6β-AN比毒扁豆碱有较强而持久的中枢拟胆碱作用;3.在拮抗中枢M胆碱阻断作用方面,6β-AN 12μg/kg与毒扁豆碱0.2mg/kg作用相似,分别在20与30分钟内拮抗Soop 20μg/kg所引起的脑电变化。结果表明6β-AN具有较强的中枢拟胆碱作用。The effect of 6β-acetoxynortropane(6β-AN) were compared with physostig mine (Phys) and scopolamine (Scop) on the spontaneous cortical electrical activity and the evoked EEG caused by sound stimulation. The EEG electrodes were chronically implanted in the frontal cortex of rabbits. EEG effect of the drugs ⅳ were evaluated by mean integral value (Ivs), which is an integration of both the amplitude and frequency of the spontaneous EEG wave and the Ive which is an integration of the evoked EEG wave. Drugs were injected intravenously. The results showed: (1) 6β-AN had a similar effect to Phys and a counter effect to Scop on spontaneous EEG and evoked EEG. (2) The dosage of 6β-AN was about 1/70 of Phys. (3) The onset of 6β-AN appeared to be faster and the duration, longer than that of Phys when 6β-AN was used alone. (4) The effect of Scop could be antagonized by 6β-AN within 20min and by Phys, 30min. This Study suggested that 6β-AN has prominent cholinomimetic effect on the CNS.
