上海地区育龄妇女中巨细胞病毒感染的调查

摘　　要：用间接EIJSA方法对上海地区1048名育龄期妇女血清进行了人巨细胞病毒(Human Cytomegalovirus HCMV)航体的检测,结果HCMV-IgG抗体阳性率为93.5%,提示HCMV在育龄期妇女中的感染相当普遍。16～18岁、20～29岁和30～45岁三个年龄组,HCMV-IgG抗体阳性率分别为54.9%、89.7%和95.4%,表明HCMV的感染率随年龄增长而增加。该调查还同时表明HCMV感染与社会经济情况及婚姻状况有关。In order to investigate the situation of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection of women in Shanghai, serum samples from 1048 childbearing-age women were detected by indirect ELISA The positive rate of HCMV-IgG was 93.5%. This result showed that the HCMV infection is very common in childbearing-age women. The positive rates of HCMV-IgG in 16-18 years, 20-29 years and 30-45 years three groups were 54.9%, 89.7% and 95.4% respectively. It suggested that the HCMV infection rate is increasing with age. In addition, we also found that HCMV infection is related to the socioeconomical status and marriage.
