摘　　要：沈阳军区应用“单病种诊断与费用相关系数研究”成果，于１９９９年在全区２３所医院进行了卫生事业拨款试点。基本上达到了按不同病种、不同病情、不同量的医疗资源消耗，接受不同量的补偿目的。文中还阐述了此种拨款方式的应用前景，拨款后的反映，存在的问题和解决的办法。Applying the research findings of 'Diagnosis of Single Diseases and its Expense Coefficient', the Shengyang Military Region implemented the experimentation of fund appropriation in its 23 military hospitals. The experiment resulted in fulfilling the object of compensating for different diseases, states of an illness, and different consumption of medical resources. The article also pointed out the prospect, reflections, existing problems, and solutions of the said experiment.
