摘　　要：国家正在进行的“一个目标三项改革”，将对医院药学产生深刻而广泛的影响。本文从补偿机制的建立、竞争机制的建立、分担机制的建立，阐述了对医院药学的影响。提出医院要及早作好准备，抓住机遇，大力发展医院药学，为实现三项改革的总目标服务。One aim and three reforms' is carrying out in our country. It will have a profound and broad effect on hospital pharmacy. This paper discusses the reparation mechnism,competing mechnism and the partaking mechnism through which it affacting the hospital pamarcy. It is pointed out that hospitals should be well-prepared, seize the chance to develop the hospitl phamarcy, and to acheive the aim of three re- forms.
