摘　　要：本文分析了21所医院信息化“军字一号”工程建设验收情况，指出当前医院信息化建设存在的主要问题是：管理者信息化管理水平不到位；信息流程有待进一步理顺；网上数据准确性有待进一步提高；“军字一号”工程技术管理存在一定问题等等；并提出下一步发展对策：确立医院信息化发展思路；进一步完善系统开发与设计，加强系统维护与应用培训；重视工程技术人才队伍建设；加大医院信息系统规范化管理力度。This paper summarizes the checking and accepting of practicing 'No 1 Military' project in 21 hospitals, the main problems were pointed out: the poor management of the person in charge, the informa- tion flow need to be improved, the accuracy of the data need to be improved. The technique management of 'No 1 Military' project existed problems and the solutions were put forward. We should further improve the system, enhance the system maintenance and application training, meanwhile, attention should be paid to the construction of the personnel cultivation and the standard management.
