摘　　要：医生工作站的推广与实施是一项需要医务部、计算机室和医生共同参与的工作，并且必须保证医疗工作秩序的正常进行。因此，我们采取抓管理和培训，先试点后推广，逐步在全院范围应用医生工作站。The application and promotion of the 'doctor's station' needs the cooperation of medical man- agement department, computer department and doctors, meanwhile, the normal medical service should be guaranteed. We placed more emphasis on the management and training, and practiced only after pilot prac- tice.
