“军字一号”门诊挂号子系统的运行与管理

摘　　要：本文通过介绍“军字一号”门诊挂号子系统在我院军免病人挂号中的运行程序，论述了该系统具有的特点：①挂号窗口信息的龙头性；②ID号的唯一性；③挂号原始信息共享性；④系统的高效性；⑤系统的方便性；⑥系统的动态监控性。同时指出了该系统存在的主要问题，如 ID号不能自动生成，需提前将 ID号打在病历手册上，需要手工撕取票据、一人多个 ID号、ID信息环封闭不严、系统查询慢等问题。This paper describes the operation of out-patient registration system of 'No 1 Military' project in our hospital for army member, the features of it were as following: ①the importance of the information of the registration;②the specificity of the ID;③ the share of the primary registration information; ④the high efficiency of the system;⑤ the convenience of the system; ⑥ the dynamic supervision of the system. Meanwhile, the major problems of the system such as ID can not automatically come out and needs to be printed in advance, the check have to be tore by hands, one person several ID, the exposure of ID and the slow inquire system were also pointed out.
