摘　　要：青少年二传手必须具备良好的心理素质,全面的技术,战术素质及高大身材、出色全面的身体素质。对青少年二传手教学训练中,技术、战术、二传的视野、心理等方面,都要针对性的训练,才能取得较佳效果。As a 'second passer' in volleyball sport,one must have a good mental quality,comprehensive athletic skill and good tactical understanding of the game.As well,one must have a tall and strong stature and be in outstanding physical condition.It' s necessary to instruct and train a young second passer in the aspects of technique tactical understard-ing field of the vision and mental state in accordance with his characteristics.Thus,superior results can be achieved.
