摘　　要：采用双波长分光光度法测定壬苯醇醚胶冻剂中壬苯醇醚的含量,该法较HPLC法更适合于车间中间体的测定。A method for the determination of nonoxynolum in Nonoxynolum gelatum by dualwavelength UV spectropho-tometry was developed. The procedure does not require any separation steps. It is quicker and simpler than HPLC. It is useful for determination of intermediate in workshop.
