国产和进口咪唑安定在全麻中的应用比较

摘　　要：对国产咪唑安定和进口咪唑安定在全麻中的应用进行比较。选择择期全麻手术患者60例,随机分为国产咪唑安定组(30例)和进口咪唑安定组(30例),观察并比较两药的起效时间、术后苏醒时间、拔除气管插管时间;对血压、心率的影响;术中患者是否知晓、术后有无烦躁、恶心呕吐发生。经过比较,结果为两组的起效时间、术后苏醒时间、拔气管插管时间无显著性差异,两组对血压、心率的影响无差异,患者术中均不知晓、无疼痛,醒后无恶心、呕吐、不烦躁。因此认为国产咪唑安定和进口咪唑安定在临床效应和安全性等方面相比无差异性。Effect of domestic and Imported midazolam (DM and IM) was compared when used in general anesthesia. 60 generally anesthesized patients were divided into two groupsat random: the DM group and the IM group with 30 patients for each group. The onset time, the postoperative awake time and the extubation time were recorded; meanwhile the effect on blood pressure and heart rate,were also recorsled whether the patients were awake during operations and the complications occurred or not. The result showed there was no significant difference between DM group and IM group in the onset time, the postoperative awake time and the extubation time and the extubation time and the effect on blood pressure and heart rate. All the patients were not aware during operations and no any complications of nausea, vomiting and fret occurred. The conclusion is that there is no significant difference between DM and IM in their effect or safety.
