摘　　要：该文论述了医疗机构分类管理中财务管理的几个问题 ,其中包括 :营利性与非营利的界定 ;与分类管理有关的投资政策、税收政策、价格政策和资产处置权问题 ;营利性医院财务管理制度。This paper identify several financial management issues on health sectors sub categories. It is included: define the health into sectors beneficial and non beneficial ; investment policy, tax policy , price policy and right of captial fund related with sub-categories management the financial management system in the beneficial hospital.
