摘　　要：为了解贫困农村居民的医疗需求情况，建立适合贫困农村实际的合作医疗制度，该研究结合１９９７年５月在四川古蔺县的调查资料，采用二部模型法对村级门诊医疗费用进行了测算，结果显示年人均村级门诊医疗费用达到１５～１７元，占年人均医疗费的４５％～５０％；提示开展合作医疗试点必须加强对村级医疗机构的管理，促进农村三级医疗网络的合理利用。To understand the medical demand of farmers and set up a suitable rural cooperative medical system for the poor rural regions, we set up a two-parts model to predict the annual average fees at village outpatient service by using the data got from Gulin County, Sichuan, may, 1997. It showed that the annual average fees of village outpatient service were about 15-17 RMB Yuan, which was 45-50 percent of annual average total medical expenditures. Suggestions as to strength the management of village-level's medical clinics, and to promote the construction of utilization of the health care networks in rural region.
