摘　　要：目的 :探讨急性阑尾炎手术病人住院费用的影响因素与预测方程。方法 :采用系统抽样法 ,调查三所三级甲等医院阑尾炎住院手术病例 5 0 3例 ,对其作“医疗质量与费用”调查 ,采用FOXBASE和SPSS软件作一元、多元分析。结果 :出院情况、住院时间、伴随病、发热时间、辅检次数、治疗地、性别等显著影响住院费用。结论 :该次调查旨在探讨单病种住院费用增长的原因 ,从而提出规范住院收费。Objectives: Discuss appendectomy of inpatient expenditure and impact factors establish project formula. Methods: 503 cases systematic sampling from three A grade hospitals being surveyed on medical quality and expenditrue. Foxbase, SPSS software used on simple and multiple regression analysis. Results: discharge length of stay, complication, fever, number of physician exam, place of inpatient and sex were significantly effect to expenditure. Conclusions: Analysis health expenditure reasons of increasing, control measures in order to propose normative charges on the inpatient services.
