摘　　要：对大连天伦大厦中央空调系统的运行管理进行了实验研究，并对实验结果进行了理论分析，得到了室内外温、湿度变化和机组运行设定参数之间的规律，以及能耗之间的关系．从而提出并分析了中央空调节能、安全运行方案．This is an experimental report on the inustigatin of operation management for the Cental air-conditioning system of Tianlun Building in Dalian China. Various experimental data are collected and analyzed so as to formulate the regular pattern of parameters of modifications which is depending on the variations of both the temperature and humidity of indoor and outdoor air conditions, and then the relationship beparameters and factors of energy-saving is set up. Thus, a suitable optimized program for for-conditioning system with energy-saving and safe operation are designed, and the feasibility of the program is analyzed.
