摘 要:目的:观察不同冷冻保存方法对前十字韧带生物力学的影响,探讨冷冻保存前十字韧带的最佳方法。方法:新西兰白兔膝关节80个随机分成4组,分别为新鲜对照组,二步冷冻保存组,-80℃冷冻保存组,-196℃保存组,后三组保存2周后于37℃水浴快速复温,随即进行生物力学测试。结果:各组间拉伸刚度,最大拉伸强度,断裂功分别进行两两比较,新鲜对照组与二步冷冻保存组之间差别无显著性P>0.05,新鲜对照组与二步冷冻保存组明显高于其它二组(P<0.01,P<0.05),-196℃冷冻保存组明显低于其它各组,P<0.01。结论:二步冷冻保存法可以较好地维持十字韧带的生物力学性能。Objection: In order to investigate biomechanical properties of different cryopreservation for cruciate ligament and probe a best methol for cryopreservation of cruciate ligament. Methods: In this experiment we used eighty knees of zew Zealand white rabbits, divided into four groups. One group Consisted of twenty fresh knees which is designed as a Control group, the other groups were cryopreserved in two step - freezing. - 80℃ - 196℃ for two weeks, then taken out and put in 37℃ water for thawing quickly All knees were resort to biomechanics test. Result: Every two groups was compared by stiffness max strength to failure and max energy to failure. There showed no markedly difference between the coutrol group and the group cryopreserved by two-step -freezing(P>0.05)the control group and the group cryopreserved by two - step - freezing were obviously higher than the groups cryopreserved in - 80℃ and - 196℃ , P < 0.01, P < 0.05. the group cryopreserved in - 196℃ was markedly lower than the other groups P < 0.01. Conclusion: The biomechanical properties of cruciate ligament can be preserved well by two - step - freezing.
