山东胶东地区大学生鼻与面型的测量及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:积累大学生的体质人类学方面调查资料,为美容、整形外科学提供面部形态学基础资料。方法:按体质人类学测量要求,对山东胶东地区大学生(男:195人,女:181人)鼻与面型进行了活体测量,并计算了鼻指数、鼻深指数和形态面指数。结果:各项测量指标及指数,均为男性大于女性,且均有显著性性别差异。山东胶东地区大学生的鼻型以狭鼻型为主,面型以过狭面型和狭面型为主。结论:鼻与面型的差异与性别、地区及年龄有关。进行面部美容、整形手术时,应注意这些差异。Objective:To accumulate data of college students in physical anthropology and tu provide facial morphology data for aesthetic and plastic surgery. Methods: Nasal and facial type of college students (195 males and 181 females) of Han nationality from Jiaodong District of Shandong Province were measured. The height - breadth and the breadth - depth index of nose and the morphological facial index were calculated. Results:The data showed that there were obivous defferences between male and female in all the indexes measured and calculated. Most cases belonged to the leptorrhiny based on the height - breadth index of nose, the hyperleptoprosopy and the leptoprosopy based on the morphological facial index. Conclusion: The differences of nasal type and facial type are corelated with sex, district and age. These differences should be paid attention to in aesthetic and plastic surgery.
