摘　　要：目的:介绍一种治疗儿童胫腓骨干骨折的方法。方法:用矩形髓内钉固定治疗儿童胫腓骨骨折12例,其中陈旧性骨折4例,余为新鲜骨折;横型骨折3例,短斜型骨折6例,螺旋型骨折1例,多段骨折2例。结果:12例均获随访,随访时间6个月～4年,平均2年。骨愈合时间45～80天,平均50天。无1例延迟愈合或不连,关节功能良好。结论:该方法具有损伤轻、操作简单、术后康复快等优点。Objective: To present a method of treating children's fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: 12 cases of children's fracture of tibia and fibula were treated with rectangle- shaped intramedullary nails. Of these cases, 4 were old fractures, the others were fresh;3 were transverse fractures,6 short oblique fuactures, 1 spiral fractures and 2 segmental fractures. Results: All cases were followed up. The follow- up time ranged from 6 months to 4 years, with an average of 2 years. The time of the fracture union was between 45 and 80 days,and 50 days on the average. None had delayed union or nununion. The function of the joints was satisfactory. Conclusion: This method has the advantage of little lesion,easy to operate and quick to recover.
