摘  要:目的:探讨食管淋巴管内皮的大分子物质转运方式。方法:用透射电镜方法观察家兔食管淋巴管的超微结构。结果:发现食管毛细淋巴管内皮细胞间连接有4种,即插入连接、端端连接、重叠连接和复杂连接。毛细淋巴管内皮的质膜小泡分为无壁小泡和有壁大泡。并且质膜小泡的数量很多。结论:我们认为在组织液和大分子转运途径中,食管毛细淋巴管可通过内皮质膜小泡(乔饮)和内皮间通道两种方式来完成。Objective: To explore the route for lymph formation and the macromolecule transportation in the endothellar cell of the lymphatic of the esophagus. Methods:The ultrastructure of the lymphatics of the esophagus in the rabbits was observed under the electron microscope. Results:There were four morphalogical types in intercellular junctions in the lymphatics,namely the interdigitaling, the edn to edn,the overlapping and the complex types. There were large vesicies with membrance and small vesicies without membrance in the endothellal cell. We found there were many vesicies. Conclusion :Our study suggeste that the introcyoplasmic vesicular system and the intercellular pathway may simultaneously act as the route for lymph formation and macromolecule transportation.
