摘　　要：在专病专护研究中培养护士的科研能力。广泛阅读专病专护研究课题的相关文献 ,了解本专病治疗及护理现状 ,从而获得专病研究的大量信息及学术动态 ,通过撰写该专病护理研究的综述 ,了解护理研究前沿。同时把专病专护研究与专科训练相结合 ,与专科科研课题相结合。在专病护理中提高护士观察能力 ,使人人肩上有担子、有压力 ,激发每位护士的科研潜力和研究组织能力 。s The aim of this study is to better the research ability of nurses during nursing specialty practice. Nurses were taught to read and review documents and articles concerning nursing specialty in order to be armed with professionally. By writing review articles focusing on nursing specialty, the nurses could get up-to-date information and realized their responsibilities, which are very important merit of nursing specialty.
