摘　　要：分析了冲模中凸、凹模电火花线切割加工中变形的原因 ,提出了解决变形的新工艺及有效措施。The cause of the deformation of the punch block in the process of wire cutting was analyzed. And a new technological process and the reasonable measures for solving the deforming problem were proposed.
