摘　　要：充模分析作为一种工具 ,取决于使用者对分析模拟结果的正确认识和判断。从注射模充模过程数值分析的结果出发 ,系统地介绍了数值模拟在制品与模具设计、成型工艺条件选择等方面的应用 ,并从理论上解释了各种物理变量、几何条件以及材料性质对注射模加工的影响。As a tool, the filling analysis is subject to the user's accurate cognition and judgement to the analysis and simulation result. From the result of the numerical analysis of the filling process of injection moulds, a systematic introduction was made on the application of the numerical simulation to the design of the products and the moulds and to the selection of the forming process condition, etc. The influences of various physical variables, geometrical conditions and material properties to the processing with injection moulds were theoretically explained.
