摘　　要：随着时代的变迁 ,项目管理经历了从传统到现代的发展过程 ,项目经理的任务也相应发生了改变。现代项目经理不再单纯是任务的执行者 ,也是一个经营管理者。在此基础上 ,本文探讨了现代项目经理的职业特征、技能及其策略选择。With changes in the times, the project management has involved the process of development from tradition to the modern, and the role of project manager is also changed correspondingly. Based on these reasons, this paper inquires into not only the difference between project managers and functional managers, but also the skills and tactics of project manager.
