摘  要:W18Cr4V高速钢是一种广泛应用的刀具钢,为进一步提高其使用寿命,应用CG-60 型离子注入机对W18Cr4V高速钢进行了氮离子注入,得到一系列剂量的氮离子注入层,对注 氮层的磨损性能进行研究。XRD分析表明,氮离子注入W18Cr4V钢在部分基体表层形成了CrN 、ε–FeN和(Cr,Fe)2N1-x等相;表层显微硬度也有较大提高;磨损试验表明,氮离子的 注入显著提高了高速钢基体的耐磨性。还对耐磨性提高的机理进行了讨论。The high-speed steel of W18Cr4V is widely used for cutting tools in mac hining. In order to increase its service life, nitrogen ions were implanted into the W18Cr4V steel with CG-60ion implantation machine and different N+implanted layes with various doses were obtained.The results of XRD analysis showed that C rN,ε-FeN and (Cr,Fe)2N1-x were formed in the nitrogenimplanted layers. The supe rficial microhardness was remarkably raised. Wear tests showed that the wear res istance of the high-speed steel was greatly improved by nitrogen implantaion.The mechanism of wear resistance improvement was also discussed.
