摘　　要：介绍一种利用红外通信技术实现的居民小区抄表管理系统 ,给出了具有红外抄表接口的单相电子式电能表硬件设计方案和主要器件的选用情况。A type of electric energy management system based on infrared rays communication technique in residential parts of a city was introduced in this paper. Hardware design method of single-phase electronic watt-hour meter with infrared interface and choice of main components were presented.
