压下率对冷轧深冲板性能的影响

摘　　要：结合攀钢低碳铝镇静钢深冲板的特点 ,试验研究了不同压下率对冷轧深冲钢板性能的影响。结果表明 ,冷轧压下率对低碳铝镇静钢常规力学性能及n值无明显影响 ,而对r值有明显影响。在冷轧压下率为73%左右rm 值出现峰值 。The effect of cold rolling reduction on properties of deep stamping sheet were investigated. The experiment results show that the cold rolling reduction ratio has obvious influence on r- value of low-carbon aluminium-killed steel, but it has little influence on mechanical property and n-value. The r m-value of experiment steel is up to the maximum at reduction of 73%, but Δ r -value decreases with increase of reduction.
