激光焊机在宝钢酸—轧联合机组上的应用

摘　　要：为解决酸洗 -连轧机组上热带传统焊接技术存在的问题 ,宝钢 15 5 0mm酸 -轧联合机组采用了10kW激光焊机。文中介绍了激光焊机的构成及所进行的焊接试验 ,试验证明激光焊接焊缝热影响区窄 ,韧性好 。The laser-beam welder was applied in 1550mm pickling line of Baosteel to avoid the existing problems of conventional flash welding method. The paper introduced the structure of laser-beam welder and the good effects, such as the narrow affected area, good toughness of welding seam and low ratio of strip breakage.
