摘　　要：通化钢铁公司中型厂因设备落后、工艺布置不合理 ,导致生产中存在诸多问题。为此进行了易地改造 ,改造采用了高效蓄热式加热炉、多架平立可转换轧机等 ,并实现了钢坯热送热装。改造后可生产角、槽、扁、圆。The technology reformation of section steel rolling line was carried out in Tonghua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. because of its lagging equipment, unreasonable process arrangement. The reformation measures include applying high efficiency heat stored furnace, many stands H/V mill, etc., and realized the process of hot delivery and hot charging of casting billet. After reformation, various products can be produced, such as angle steel, channel-beam steel, flat steel, etc.
