红豆杉科及其相关类群的分支分析

摘　　要：对红豆杉科及其相关类群的１２７个来自不同分支学科的性状进行了分支分析，结果显示：①在红豆杉科中红豆杉属和白豆杉属亲缘关系比较近，穗花杉属和榧属比较近；②三尖杉科和红豆杉科组成了姐妹群关系；③我国所产的罗汉松科４属组成了一个单系类群，根据分析结果对红豆杉科各属以及相关类群的系统位置进行了讨论．For discussing the systematics of Taxaceae and its allies, a cladistic analysis based on 127 chracteres from external morphology, wood and leaf anatomy, cytology, embryology, palynology, and chemistry is carried on using Maximum parsimony method. The results show that: 1) Taxus and Pseudotaxus are very close in the family Taxaceae, while Amentotaxus and Torreya are very close to each other. Austrotaxus may be close to Taxus and Pseudotaxus within Taxaceae. 2) Cephalotaxaceae is the sister group to Taxaceae. And 3) 4 Chinses genera in Podocarpaceae are a monophyletic group.
