检测铜绿假单胞菌的诱导型β-内酰胺酶的耐药性分析

摘  要:目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌对常规用药的耐药情况,指导临床合理用药.方法采 用“双纸片协同试验”检测诱导型β内酰胺酶,体外药敏试验采用纸片扩散法.检测结 果 116株铜绿假单胞菌中有 67株产生诱导型β-内酰胺酶.头孢西丁和替卡西林耐药率 分别达到了90.9%,80.2%;其他10种药物耐药性均呈上升趋势.如亚胺培南达到18.1%. 结论实验证明铜绿假单胞菌耐药性日益严重,应高度重视它的耐药性的变化趋势,强调 合理使用抗生素。Objective To explore the different antibiotic-resistant spectrum of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and direct clinical doctors to correctly choose sensitive and effective antibiotics. Methods The inducing β-lactamases in 116 strains of Psendomons aeruginosa were determined by the double disk synergy test, and the antibiotic susceptibi1ity test was performed by kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method. Determined results Among 116 strains of Psendomonas aeruginosa, 67 strains (57.8%) were positivity of inducing β-lactamases. The antibiotic- resistant rates of FOX and TC were respectively 90.5% and 80.2%, and the antibiotic-resistant rates of the others also had ascending trend. For example,the antibiotic-resistant rate of IPM attained 18.1%. Conclusions The antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is increasingly serious, we should pay high attention to its antibiotic- resistant trend and 1ay undue emphasis on choosing correctly antibiotics.
