带蒂大网膜移植术治疗慢性脓胸与肺脓肿动物实验研究

摘　　要：报告了带蒂大网膜移植术治疗脓胸与肺脓肿５４只犬的动物实验．组织学观察表 明，大网膜具有非特异抗感染、再血管化促进脓腔主动修复等功能．本手术与传统的胸 廓成形术、肺切除相比，具有最大限度保留健康肺组织、无胸廓畸形、创伤少、出血少、 操作简单等优点．We employed TPO to treat experimentally produced lung abscess in 54 dogs. All of them were cured. The authors consider that using TPO to treat lung abscess and chronic empyema is simple and less traumatic, causing little deformity and preserving as much pulmonary function as possible and also giving a high cure rate.
