摘  要:树脂复合减振钢板是一种应用于汽车、机械及家电的新型材料。Steel/Resin/Steel three layer vibration damping steel (VDSS) is one of the modern materials for the automobile panel parts and machine enclosures. Experiments and simple analyses have been studied the mechanical properties of the VDSS, which is made by Bao Steel. The results obtained here are as follows: 1) The tensile properties, except the yield strength, of the VDSS is similar with those of homogeneous steel sheets of the same total thickness. The yield strength of the VDSS is closely related to the thickness of core resin, when the thickness increases, the strength will decrease. 2) Because of the viscoelasticity of the resin, the bonding strength of the VDSS has depended on the loading speed at large extenet. The higher the loading speed, the higher the bonding strength. In this paper, simple analysis of tensile test, bonding strength (T-peel strength and tensile shear strength) test of the VDSS have been developed.
