耳廓复合组织游离移植在烧伤后鼻翼缺损畸形中的应用

摘　　要：目的:介绍修复烧伤后鼻翼缺损畸形的方法。方法:采用全层或部分耳廓复合组织游离移植的方法修复烧伤后鼻翼缺损畸形24例,其中利用耳廓复合组织全层嵌入游离移植修复鼻翼缺损者10例,移植物面积最小为0.5cm×0.5cm,最大为0.8cm×1.2cm;以鼻翼残存瘢痕组织翻转作衬里,然后进行部分耳廓复合组织游离移植14例,移植物面积最小1.0cm×1.4cm,最大为2.0cm×2.5cm。结果:24例移植组织全部成活。随访半年移植物色泽与鼻组织基本近似。结论:该方法简便易行,术后鼻翼外形好、颜色自然;供区隐蔽,受区不增加新的瘢痕,是修复烧伤后鼻翼缺损畸形的良好方法之一。Objective:To introduce a method for repair of defects of alae nasi with burns. Methods: Whole or partial auricle comopsite graft was designed in 24 alae nasi with burns. Whole auricle composite graft was used in 10 alae nasi with bruns, the area of the graft was 0. 5cm X 0. 5cm ~ 0. 8cm X 1 . 2cm. The survival scar tissue of alae nasi with burns were turned over for an inner layer. Partial auricle composite graft was used in 14 cases, the area of the graft was 1. Ocm x 1. 4cm ~ 2. Ocm x 2. 5cm. Results: All grafts survived. Follow - up of more than 6 months showed good results. Conclusion: This method is simple and excellent. The appearance of alae nasi is good and the colour is natural after operation and there is no new scar on face.
