摘　　要：目的:总结治疗胆管囊肿、减少并发症的经验。方法:采用间置空肠(套迭瓣膜)胆管十二指肠吻合术治疗Ⅰ型胆管囊肿。结果:11例病例均一期愈合,随访未发现胆管炎和胆管癌。结论:此种手术治疗胆管囊肿效果确切。Objective:To summarize the experience in treatment of biliary cyst so as to reduce the operation complications. Methods: Partial jejunum( invagination valve)cholangio- duodenostomy was performed to treat type I biliary cyst. Results: All 11 cases were cured at one stage.No cholangitis or biliary carcinoma were found during follow- up.Conclusion:This technique is effective in treatment of biliary cyst.
