摘　　要：目的 :探讨闭合性肝损伤的治疗方法以及如何降低其病死率。方法 :对 6 7例闭合性肝损伤临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :非手术治疗 18例 ,其中 2例中转手术治疗 ;行手术治疗 4 9例。死亡 4例 ,其中死于失血性休克2例 ,肝功能衰竭 1例 ,多器官功能衰竭 (MOF) 1例。术后发生各种并发症 2 2例次。结论 :早期诊断。Objective:To study the treatment of closed hepatic trauma and ways of reducing its mortality.Methods:The clinical data of 67 cases with closed hepatic trauma were analysed retrospectively.Results:18 cases were treated by nonoperation,2 of whom were transferred to operation.49 cases were treated by operation.The 4 deaths were due to hemorrhagic shock in 2 cases,liver failure in 1 case and MOF in 1 cases.Postoperative complications occurred in 22 cases.Conclusions:Early diagnosis,active resuscitation and reasonable treatment are very important in reducing the postoperative complications and mortality of closed hepatic trauma.
