摘 要:成组技术(GT)和计算机集成制造(CIM)是两种改变传统的机械制违中多品种、小批量制造企业落后面貌的先进技术和方法。本文探讨了这两种技术之间的关系,着重说明以下问题:GT通过对系统的简化而成为CIM的基础;以CIM思想为指导开发GT系统,不仅可取得较好的近期效益,而且随着企业计算机应用水平的提高,可在GT系统的基础上建立起CIM系统。本文最后对一个实际工厂目前正在实施的GT系统和正在规划的CIM系统的关系作了探讨。Group Technique (GT) and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) are the technique and method used to put an end to the backward traditional manufacturing way which is characterized by variety and small hatch In this paper, the relation between these two techniques, and the following ideas are expounded. GT becomes the base of CIMS by Simplifying the system; developing GT system with CIM idea, we can not only acquire short-term benefit, but also establish CIM system on the basis of GT system with the improvement of computer application in enterprises. At the end of this paper, the authors discuss the relation between GT system and CIM system which are now being carried out and planned respectively in a concrete factory
