摘　　要：因道路建设将封闭或部分封闭道路 ,用户将因绕行或车速减缓造成用户损失 ,从而产生了道路建设中的用户成本。根据用户成本的构成及道路封闭对路网用户的影响可进行用户成本评估。本文针对不同的项目采取不同的方法进行成本分析及决策。The road construction may block and block partly the road and result the user loss because of making a detour and lower speed. Depending on the structure of user cost and the influence of road blocked to the users, the user cost is assessed. The user cost analysis and decision of the different projects are suggested in this paper.
