摘　　要：针对目前用电收费管理中的一些问题,研制出一种基于PIC单片机的智能预付费电能表。介绍了系统组成和功能特点。采用更安全、耐用和方便的TM电卡作为信息载体来代替传统的IC卡。Aimed at some problems in electricity charge administration at present, we develop an intelligent prepay watt-hour meter which based on PIC micro controller. This paper discusses the system and its function and characteristic. It uses safer, more durable and convenient iButton instead of traditional IC card as information medium.
