摘 要:采用微生物生物量、cmic corg、呼吸速率、代谢熵qCO2及BIOLOG等方法分析稀土对土壤微生物活性及群落结构的影响和时间效应。结果表明,低浓度稀土进入土壤的早期阶段对土壤微生物具有刺激作用,但随时间的推移逐渐不显著。高浓度稀土对土壤微生物具有抑制作用,随时间的延长有减少的趋势。BIOLOG分析显示,稀土施用之后,土壤微生物对碳源的消耗量增加,速度加快,群落结构发生了改变且具有长期性。An incubation study was performed to elucidate rare earth elements (REEs) on microbial biomass, microbial ecophysiological parameters c_(mic)/c_(org), qCO_2 and respiration in relation to temporal availability in rice soil. Six soil samples were prepared with different concentrations between 0 and 2000 mg·kg^(-1) REEs in soil. The result shows that REEs have slight stimulative effects on microbial indices in rice soil at low concentration in the early stage of REEs added, whereas the inhibitory effects appear at high concentration. The inhibition is strengthened with increasing concentration and is weakened with incubation time. Analysis of the BIOLOG data by principal component analysis indicated that microbial community structures have changed, microbial in rice soil shows much more rapidly in consuming carbon sources after 8 weeks, and have long lasting adverse effects under the stress of REEs addition.
