摘　　要：讨论了冷轧工作辊接触疲劳裂纹、剥落、夹杂物裂纹和磨损等失效形式。指出冷轧工作辊早期失效主要形式为剥落 ,其原因为局部过热和过载。The failure forms of cold work roll including contact fatigue crack, spalling, inclusion crack and wear are discussed. It is indicated that the early main failure forms of cold work roll is spalling caused by local overheat and overload. The key measures to increase service life of work roll are periodically grinding roll to remove micro crack and surface nondestructive flaw\|detecting.
