摘  要:从生产工序的工艺调查入手,对安钢薄板表面大面积夹杂物进行了综合分析研究,结合现场轧制模拟验证,找出了现场坯料污染是导致薄板表面大面积夹杂缺陷的直接原因。通过制定相应措施消除缺陷,有效解决了该类质量问题。In this paper, beginning with investigationg on technical parameter of each process, the large area inclusions on steel sheet surface has been studied and analyzed comprehensively in Anyang steel. Combining with being verified by simulated rolling, the direct reason for large area inclusions on steel sheet surface was found to be the polluting slab on site. After taking countermeasure to demolish the defective, this sort of quality problem was solved efficiently.
