摘 要: 在一流化床上详细研究了活化条件对彬县煤活性焦孔隙结构的影响。实验结果表明:活性焦微孔面积、微孔孔容与活化温度几乎成正比关系,活化温度增加,活性焦表面碱性活性位数量增加,扩孔作用增强;活化时间增加,活性焦表面积、孔容均增加,活性焦微孔在总孔中的份额降低,但在20min后基本恒定,活性焦表面碱性活性位数量增加,但于活化40min后不再增加;活化介质中水蒸气浓度超过30%时,浓度增加对活性焦微孔面积、孔容、表面碱性位数量、孔径分布影响不大。The effects of activation conditions on the porous texture of activated char derived from Binxian coal using steam as activating agent on a batch fluidized bed were investigated in detail. The results were shown as follows: The micropore area and micropore volume are in direct proportion to activating temperature. The quantity of the surface basic site increases with activating temperature. The pores of the activated char prepared under 800~850℃ consist mainly of micropore. As the activating time increases, the surface area and pore volume all increase. The ratio of micropore volume to total volume decreases with the increase of activating time and keep constantly in 20~60min. As the activating time rising, the quantity of the surface basic site increases till 40min. Within the pore diameter of 0.5~1.0nm, the pore distribution transfers to finer pores with the increase of activating time. As the steam concentration in the activating agent rises, the surface area, pore volume and the quantity of surface basic sites of the activated char increase, but when above 30%, the increase of steam concentration has not only little effect on them, but also on the ratio of micropore volume to total volume and pore distribution.
