摘　　要：随着机械设备的复杂程度越来越高 ,其故障产生的复杂性也日益增加 ,采用单一的监测手段已经不能监测或分析设备的性能 ,这就要求必须采用多种手段相结合的方法 ,对设备进行监测。本文采用综合监测方法对某公司在用液压泵失效原因进行了分析 ,找到了主要责任方 。Reasons of mechanical faults are getting more complicated when machinery gets more complicated. Now single monitoring method hasn’t met the need of monitoring or analysis. So multi methods monitoring must be applied. This paper analyzes the main reason causing the failure of one fluid pump in one company, which provides proof for this company to negotiate with the pump seller.
