摘　　要：安钢水铁系采用小球团烧结工艺生产烧结矿 ,随着高炉改造及强化冶炼措施的实施 ,烧结矿供应紧张。为了满足高炉生产的需要 ,烧结厂从技术和管理上采取了一系列措施 ,提高了烧结矿产、质量。并指出了生产再上台阶所面临的问题。As the blast furnaces were modified and some measures for BF metallurgy strengthening were Applied,so the sinter supply was shortage.In order to meet the need of BF ironmaking,a series of measures for increase production,such as improving the raw materials quality,modifying the process equipments and strengthening management etc.were used in SHUIYE sintering plant,ANYANG I&S Co.As a result,the sinter productivity was increased from 1.89*!t/(m 2·h) to 2.12*!t/(m 2·h)and satisfactory benefit was obtained.
