摘　　要：互联网的发展和信息技术的普及,给人们的工作和生活带来了前所未有的便利。然而,由于互联网所具有的广泛性和开放性,决定了互联网不可避免地存在着信息安全隐患。使用公开密钥基础设施技术实施构建完整的加密/签名体系,并应用在证券行业,更有效地解决了上述难题,在充分利用互联网实现资源共享的前提下,从真正意义上确保了网上交易与信息传递的安全。The development of Internet and popularization of information technology provide many conveniences to people's work and life.However,because of universality and opentility with Internet,there must exist hidden troubles of information security.This paper uses public key infrastructure to establish an integrate encrypt ion and signature system,resolves security problems in Internet more effectively.And under the condition of making the most of Internet implement resource share,can insure security of trading on Internet and information transfer.
