摘　　要：可持续发展指标体系研究的提出已久,但是将其转换到地域住区研究的工具还是存在很多问题,急需寻找一种理性客观的模型介入。本文创造性引入神经元BP网络建立可持续发展指标体系模型,并加入模糊规则,相对以往的方法可以更准确地进行研究。这对住居可持续发展指标体系确立有着很强的理论指导意义和实践可操作性。The research in index system of sustainable development has a long history, but when it's used in the issue of regional human settlement, there're still a lot of obstacles to be conquered. So it's necessary to look forward an objective and rational mode. Neural network is used in this thesis to construct index system. If fussy rule is involved in, the research will be more precise. It's a very practical to build index system of regional human settlement.
