多层螺旋CT肾动脉CTA的临床应用(附300例分析)

摘　　要：目的 :评价多层螺旋CT血管造影 (CTA)在肾动脉病变检查中的临床应用价值。方法 :对 3 0 0例临床怀疑肾动脉狭窄及肾动脉狭窄支架置入术后的患者行多层螺旋CT肾动脉CTA检查 ,将获得的轴位扫描图像行 3D后处理 ,包括MIP、MPVR、VR、CTVE、SSD及MPR。结果 :3 0 0例患者均获得了满意的肾动脉CTA图像 ,能清晰地显示肾动脉主干及其 2～ 4级分支 ,血管内支架显示良好。结论 :MSCT肾动脉CTA作为一种安全、无创、经济的新检查方法 ,可以替代DSA 。Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of Multi-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) for examination of renal artery disease.Methods:Mul ti-slice spiral CTA of renal artery was performed in 300 patients with suspecte d renal artery stenosis. Three-dimentional postprocesses (included MIP, MPVR, V R,CTVE, SSD and MPR) were done after the axial images obtained.R esults:Satisfyi ng CTA images of renal artery were obtained in all cases.The trunk and 2～4 grad ed branches of renal artery were clearly displayed and the inter-vessel stent w as well showed.Conclusion:As a saf e, woundless and economic new method,Multi-sl ice spiral CTA of renal artery can substitute DSA, which can also be regarded as a routine examination for screening of suspected renal stenosis and follow-up after inter-stent placed operation.
