二烷基二茂铁的反相色谱研究

摘　　要：以四氢呋喃-异丙醇-水为流动相,用RP-TLC确定了二烷基二茂铁RP-HPLC的分离条件.同系物的RM,lgK′分别与两个茂环上烷基碳原子数及流动相中四氢呋喃的含量成线性关系;对于相同碳数的烷基,支链烷基取代物的保留值小于直链烷基取代物.The separation conditions of RPHPLC for dialkylferrocenes have been determined by the method of RPTLC using THFwater as a mobile phase. The linear relationships were found between the values of the RM,lgK′ and the carbon number of substituted alkyl on the two Cp rings.The same relation was found between the RM,lgK′ and the volume fraction of THF in the mobile phase. The retention values of branch chain alkyl isomers are less than that of straight chain alkyl isomers with the same carbon number of alkyl and substituted position on the two Cp rings.
