摘  要:合成了分别含羟基和磺酸基的聚天冬氨酸衍生物 ,测定了它们的阻垢分散性能 ,并与聚天冬氨酸、聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸和 2 -膦酸基丁烷 -1,2 ,4-三羧酸水处理剂作了比较。结果表明 ,当质量浓度为 12mg/L时 ,以上6种药剂对CaCO3的阻垢率分别为 61 5 %、88 7%、92 4%、87%、68 9%、94% ;对磷酸钙的阻垢率分别为 94 7%、78 6%、2 7 8%、16 6%、18 8%、15 4% ;在质量浓度为 5~ 3 0mg/L、分散氧化铁时上清液最小透光率分别为 89%、3 9%、74%、86%、97%、72 %。含磺酸基的聚天冬氨酸衍生物综合性能较好。Polyaspartic acid(PASP)derivatives with hydroxy or sulfogroup were synthesizied.Their performance were studied and compared with other water treatment agents such as PASP,polyacrylic acid sodium(PAAS),hydrolyzed polymaleic acid(HPMA)and 2-phosphonyl-butan-1,2,4-tricaboxylicacid(PBTCA).At a dosage of 12 mg/L,inhibition rates of these agents on the precipitation of CaCO 3 were 61.5%,88.7%,92.4%,87.0%,68.9% and 94.0%,and on precipitation of Ca 3(PO 4) 2 were 94.7%,78.6%,27.8%,16.6%,18.8% and 15.4% respectively.When dosage of agents was 5~30 mg/L,the least diaphaneity of the top liquid on dispersing iron oxide were 89%,39%,74%,86%,97% and 72% respectively.The scale inhibition performance of PASP derivative with sulfogroup was fairly good.
